Contest Information
DEADLINE- OCTOBER 7, 2009 CLOSED
This years theme is "COMMUNUCATION"
ELIGIBILITY
All entrants must be between the ages of 6 - 17
Contest Rules (please read and follow required rules carefully)
FORMAT
The required format is landscape view on 8 x 8 inches. Artwork must not be framed or outlined with borders.
MEDIUM
All artwork must be designed and created by the entrant.
Any of the following media ARE permitted:
Watercolor, acrylic, oil paint, indelible pens, felt tip pens, soft ball-point pens, indelible ink, "crayola" type crayons, or similar indelible medium.
The following media ARE NOT permitted:
Pencil, charcoal, non-permanent medium, computer-generated artwork, collage work involving the use of photocopies.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY/Contest Application
The Certificate of Authenticity/Contest Application MUST be completely filled out, signed, and securely fastened (by tape or glue stick) to the back of the child's artwork.
REPRODUCTION RIGHTS
Once received, entries become and remain the property of Encino Chamber of Commerce and may be used for a variety of purposes including but not limited to announcements, programs, Web sites, publications, and other communications that report or promote the event. The winning entry will be featured as the ECOC 2010 Arts & Crafts Division Logo. 12 additional entries will be selected and featured in the ART4ENCINO 2010 Logo Art Contest Calendar.
SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES
Upon receipt each entry will be showcased online at www.art4encino.org
